In a very good condition and hard to find an original signature on a postwar picture of Arthur Sigailis.
SS- Oberführer Arthur Sigailis (also spelled Sigailis) was a senior Latvian military officer (Waffen-Oberführer) who served as the chief-of-staff of the Latvian Legion. He held the 1st and 2nd classes of the Iron Cross.
