In a very good condition a German Wehrmacht Personel Acting Stretcher Bearers Grouping.
The grouping comes with the Medical ID papers of Gefreiter and Stretcher Bearer Alfred Hader and his rayon made white Stretcher Bearer armband.
The white rayon armband comes with black embroidered lettering, inscribed "Hilfs-Krankenträger" (Auxiliary Stretcher-Bearers), sewn together on the reverse.
