In a very stunning near mint condition a German Hitler Youth (Hitlerjugend) Dagger.
The first pattern dagger comes in a good condition with traces of use.
The grip plates are the early checkered bakelite type. They have traces of use and being retained by nickel rivets with dressed obverse heads. The enamel HJ insignia is in good condition throughout.
The blade of this knife is a uncleaned stunning example complete with the Motto 'Blut und Ehre'. The blade comes on the reverse side with the marking by Artur Schüttelhöfer of Solingen-Wald (Asso).
The scabbard shell has the original not painted scabbard. Attached to the scabbard is a leather hanger that is in a supple condition.
