German Road Sign 'Marine Lazarett'

In a very nice condition a German Road Sign 'Marine Lazarett'.
This roadsign was privatly found 30 years ago in the Rotterdam region.
The sign is made of steel and comes in a length of approx 75cm an 20cm high.
The sign contains the original 'Marine Lazarett' text and the Red Cross on a original white underground.
The lower side of the front has a post war white repaint.
The backside has also a conserving paint added postwar.
A very stunning road sign that is very hard to find!
