German Tinnie Mother's Cross in Silver

In a very good condition a German Tinnie of the Mother's Cross in Silver (or Mutterkreuz in Silber).
The medal comes with the original working needle and is maker marked on the reverse side by L 53 indicating production by 'Hymmen & Co.' from Lüdenscheid.
