German LW FSJ M38 SD Combat Helmet
In a very good condition a German Luftwaffe Paratrooper (Fallschirmjäger) M38 Single Decal Combat Helmet.
The helmet was a US veteran bring back and was resently discovered.
The helmet comes in a good mannequin size 71 and is maker marked by ET (Eisenhüttenwerk AG, Thale Hartzuttenwerk AG, Thale).
It comes with 90% of it's original paint on the shell and also with 90% of the original Luftwaffe second pattern decal.
The helmet has on the inside the complete lining and has the straps still attached but a bit fragile but still in working condition.
The leather lining is dry and has parts of the leather missing inside and also some loose leather, as a reslut of approx 78 years of storage.
Still a very stunning German Paratrooper helmet and great for display!
