In a very good condition a German BDM (Bund Deutsche Madel) Proficiency Badge.
The badge is numbered on the reverse side and is also maker marked RZM M1/15, indicating production by Ferdinand Hoffstätter from Bonn am Rhein.
A very nice and hard to find badge.
