US WW2 M-1938 Wire Cutter with Pouch

In a nice condition an US WW2 M-1938 Wire Cutter with pouch.
The pouch is nicely 1945 dated and maker marked by E.A. Brown Mfg.Co.
It comes with a wire cutter that has a postwar green finish.
