US WW2 Vehicle First Aid Kit

In a very good and complete condition a US WW2 Vehicle First Aid Kit.
This is the Motor Vehicle First Aid Kit (Designation No.24 Unit Kit ) authorized for larger vehicles including tanks, halftracks and other armored vehicles.
In nice original condition this kit dates from around the 1942-43 period with instructional card still present to underside of lid. It is a full tin with many of the contents being 'US Army' marked with instructional diagrams to rear.
