German NSKK Plaque 'Westdeutschlandfahrt' 1938

In a very nice condition a German NSKK (Nationalsozialistische Kraftfahrkorps) plaque.
The plaque is marked 'Zur Erinnerung Westdeutschlandfahrt Motorgruppe Niederrhein 11.12.1938' and is maker marked on the reverse side by A.Donner from Elbersfeld.
A very hard to find plaque!
