In a very good condition a very nice and hard to find US WW2 M-1924 First aid Pouch with First Aid Kit.
The pouch is nicely maker marked by Jeff.QMD and 1942 dated.
Inside is a very nice green version of the first aid kit present.
Nice hard to find pouch with long pointed flap.
