In a very good condition a US WW2 Vehicle First Aid Box.
This is the Motor Vehicle First Aid Box (Designation No.12 Unit Kit ) authorized for larger vehicles including tanks, halftracks and other armored vehicles.
In nice original condition this kit dates from around the 1942-43 period with label still present to underside of hood.
The box comes without any medical content.
