Leutnant Friedrich Rumpelhardt is recipient of the German Cross in Gold as member of the 12. Staffel/ Nachtjagdgeschwader 1 and recipient of the Knight's Cross of the Iron Cross as Leutnant and Bordfunker in IV. Staffel/ Nachtjagdgeschwader 1.
