US WW2 Vehicle First Aid Box

In a very nice condition a US WW2 Vehicle First Aid Box.
This is the Motor Vehicle First Aid Kit (Designation No.24 Unit Kit ) authorized for larger vehicles including tanks, halftracks and other armored vehicles.
In nice original condition this kit dates from around the 1942-43 period with instructional card still present to underside of lid.
The box comes without content inside. Very nice box for display!
