US WW2 Published 82nd Airborne Division Tanker Jacket Robert 'Bob' Piper'

In a nice used condition an extreme rare named US WW2 82nd Airborne Division Tanker jacket.
The jacket was published in the French Militaria Magazine in December 2020 no. 423 (see last picture) and was discovered some years ago in the Belgium Ardennes.
The jacket comes with traces of wear and age and is nicely named on the inside to Lt. R.(Robert) Piper, 505th Parachute Infantry Regiment G-Company platoon leader, regimental adjutant (S-1) and later regimental intelligence officer (S-2).
The written name inside the jacket is clearly written by Bob after checking his handwritting by multiple people.
Colonel Bob was a wellknown ww2 veteran and was also a topic in one of the great books of D-Day Publishing 'The Way we were' Number 2.
