US WW2 M-1924 First Aid Pouch

In a very good condition a US WW2 M-1924 First Aid Pouch.
The pouch has the OD7 colour and is never used.
Nicely maker marked on the reverse side by The American Awning Company and 1945 dated.
A very stunning example!
