US WW2 Medical Surgery Instrument Set

In a very nice condition a US military leather pocket surgical kit.
The kitset comes with all complete Instruments include forceps and scalpels. Two inside pockets hold silk sutures, needles and a paper listing medical officers' medical supplies.
The leather pocket is manufactured by Geo. L.Clafin & Co.
The leather is dry and has traces of blood and use. some cracks in the dry leather specially arround the button.
Nice used surgery set that is clearly used during WW2.
