US WW2 M-1942 First Aid Pouch with First Aid Kit

In a very good condition a very nice US WW2 M-1942 First aid Pouch with First Aid Kit.
The pouch is nicely maker marked by Airtress Midland and 1943 dated.
Inside is a nice mint green version of the first aid kit present.
