In a good condition a German Iron Cross 1st Class (or Eiserne Kreuz 1.Klasse)
The batch comes with a functional pin and is maker marked on the reverse with '65' indicating production by Klein & Quenzer A.G.' from Idar-Oberstein.
A very nice used example.
