German WH Estate Grouping 'Uffz. Wilhelm Axt' KIA France 1940
In a very good condition a German Wehrmacht Heer Grouping on the name of Unteroffizier Wilhelm Axt.
Wilhelm was a NCO in the 3. Kompanie, MG Battalion 10.
On July 1940 Axt was Killed in Action by a french artillery shell in the town of Noyon and burried at the same ground.
The grouping comes directly from his family and was never in a collection before.
The grouping contains various stunning pictures of Wilhelm, his westwall medal with certificate, (second) paymentbook, portrait drawing and many many fieldpost letters.
Also the letter to his wife that Wilhelm was killed in action and the drawing map were he was burried.
