In a stunning condition a US WW2 M1 Swivel Bale, Front Seam Medic Helmet.
The helmet comes with the original wartime paint with 4 medic Red Cross panels on the helmet.
On the inside of the helmetshell is number 43 marked.
The helmet shell comes with a stunning Westinghouse liner with all webbing original attached.
The liner has traces of white wash on the outside.
A very stunning hard to find medic helmet!
