German SA Sturmabteilung Enlisted Men Kepi
In a very nice condition and hard to find a German M-1936 SA Sturmabteilung Enlisted Men Kepi.
The kepi comes in a mannequin head size of 56. It has still the original sweatband attached with underneath the original oil label!
The outside of the cap has the M1936 silvered eagle & swastika, silver button along with a dark brown 'split-centre' chinstrap.
The colour of the kepi is the stunning hard to find blue colour of the SA-gruppe (Region) Wartheland.
Wartheland is originally known as Reichsgau Posen, this was a NSDAP German Reichsgau formed from parts of Polish territory annexed in 1939 during World War II. It comprised the region of Greater Poland and adjacent areas. Parts of Warthegau matched the similarly named pre-Versailles Prussian province of Posen. The name was initially derived from the capital city, Posen (Poznań), and later from the main river, Warthe (Warta)."
A very stunning and hard to find example!
