US WW2 507th PIR Named M1 Folding Carbine Holster

In a nice used condition a US WW2 507th Parachute Infantry Regiment Named M1 Folding Carbine Holster.
The holster comes with clear traces of use and has a cutt end strap.
The holster is nicely maker marked and 1943 dated on the inside. On both sides are tactical triangle markings visible.
Also is the laundrynumber present of the former owner R-8179, indicating use by James B. Roudebush, member of the 507th and Killed in Action on 8 January 1945 at the Belgium Ardennes were this holster original was found.
A very nice holster with tactical airborne markings!!
