Prisk came from Seattle, WA and was a member of Company G, 135th Infantry Regiment 34th Infantry Division.
He died from shell fragments to the head neave Lavalle, Italy. He was 26 years old.
The medal comes with the case and the 34th ID patch of Ambrose.
