US WW2 'Ghost'14th Army SSI

In a very good condition a US WW2 14th army Shoulder Sleeve Insignia.
The fourteenth army was a fictitious field army developed as part of Operation Quicksilver and as a part of the fictitious First US Army Group led by George S. Patton Jr.
The ghost patch was clearly not been worn and came out of a scrapbook probably.
A very hard to find patch!
