US WW2 Dog-Tag 'Gene Ellis'

In a very good condition a US WW2 Dog-Tag on the name of Gene Ellis from Hazel South Dakota.
The first pattern dogtag comes with traces of use.
Gene was a veteran of Guadalcanal, Bougainville and Munda we found in a historic newspaper.
A very nice dogtag and nice research project!
