In a very good and stunning condition a Japanese T90 Army KIA (Killed in Action) Helmet.
The helmet is a clear veteran bring back from WW2 and found resently in a private collection.
The outside of the helmet shell retains over 90 percent of the original matte olive paint finish, with a nice dark brown paint strip around the rim.
The front of this helmet retains its original star emblem, with an untouched patina that leaves no doubt that the star is original to the helmet.
Inside, this T90 Japanese Army Helmet is complete with its original leather liner and webbing chin strap. The liner is complete and shows traces of wear and age. The chinstrap and webbing suspension components are also complete, and the original draw string remains intact.
In the rear of the skirt is a painted Japanese character and also the maker markings are visible.
On the back is clearly a bullit hit visible in the shell and also trough the leather lining.
Due to the hit it must me a clear KIA shot for sure!
Japanese helmets are hard to find, and in this condition with KIA shot are truly hard to find!
