US WW2 M1 Swivel bale Combat Helmet with Schrapnell Damage
In a very good condition a US WW2 M1 Combat Helmet with liner.
The McCord Swivel Bale, Front seam helmet shell comes with the original OD paint and with the original chinstraps.
The helmet has on the front a 4cm round ball marked possible from anti-gas paint.
On the side of the helmet is a large part of schrapnell damage visible that went trough the helmet and liner.
The helmet comes with productionnumber 866B.
Attached to the helmet is a very nice and stunning high pressure Inland made by Seaman Paper Company.
The helmet shell is also named multiple times inside on the liner and has on the inside of the shell initials and partial laundrynumber visible.
A very stunning helmet great for further research.
