German Engraved SA M-1933 Officer's Dagger 'F. Herder A.S. Solingen'

In a very stunning condition a very nice M-1933 Sturmabteilung Officer's Dagger (Dienstdolch).
This example is made by Friedrich Herder A.S. from Solingen.
The grip is in a very nice used condition with only light traces of use.
The SA roundel shows light loss of enamel.
The grip eagle is the aluminum type (correct) and shows no wear to the normal areas of the wreath and wings.
The upper and lower guards are the nickle silver version (which is correct) and are nicely engraved for the winner of a Horse Dressage Competition and was awarded by SA-Brigadeführer Herbert Merker as commander of the SA Brigade 68. (Herbert had commanded the Brigade 68 between April 1936 and February 1937.
The crossguard is engraved:

'Dem Sieger, Erster Preis Dressur A, Hüsten 1936,der führer der Brigade 68 Merker'

The lower crossguard is also SA Region marked with 'Nrh' indicating use by a member of SA-Gruppe Niederrhein!

At the top of the grip the pommel nut shows no signs of tampering, and no swirl marks on the upper surface of the guard either.
The blade has on the front the motto in a dark gray tone and surface of the blade is virtually flawless, save the typically scabbard runner marks that we see on all SA daggers.
On the reverse we see the same condition, with the maker mark near the base of the blade in the same gray tone as the motto.
The scabbard comes in a matching condition with the rest of the dagger. The brown painted scabbard body shows some minor use scratches, but has managed to retain almost all of the original paint.
The fittings show the same tone as the guards and are virtually without flaw. This includes the tip ball, which shows a small dent. All fitting screws are secure and show no signs of tampering.
In another word this is a very nice early example of an original M33 SA Officer's Dagger and comes with a stunning engraved crossguards.
A very stunning item for display!
