US WW2 M-1924 First Aid Pouch with First Aid Kit

In a very good condition a US WW2 First Aid Kit with a M-1924 First Aid Pouch.
The pouch has the green colour carlisle package on the inside with the original content.
The pouch is nicely maker marked and dated 1943.
A very good example!
