USAAF WW2 Medical Department FIrst Aid Pouch with Red Cross marking

In a very good condition a US Army Air Force WW2 Medical Department First Aid Pouch.
The pouch is nicely medical department marked and has the red cross marking on top.
It comes with a functional zipper and without content.
These pouches were used inside airplanes and gliders for example.
