US WW2 3th Armored Division Sweetheart

In a very nice condition a US WW2 3th Armored Division Sweetheart.
The sterling made and marked sweetheart comes with the triangle 3th Armored division patch in sterling silver and has a chained tank, also made and marked sterling silver, attached.
The size is approx 1cm high for the tank and also the patch size.
