US WW2 Military Police Helmet Set
In a nice used condition a US WW2 Military Police Helmet Set.
The set was found in the belgian ardennes and comes as a matching set of liner and helmet.
The helmet is a front seam fixed bale helmet shell without the chinstraps.
It's a Mc Cord made shell with productionnumber 4C.
The helmet comes in it's original paint and has attached on the outside the MP marking on the front and the stripe on the sides of the helmet in the white colour (White indicating Regimental MP's)
Underneath the white MP text are traces of the yellow MP text still visible justlike marked on the liner. (Yellow indicationg Divisional MP's)
The liner has the original webbing inside and is made by Seaman Paper Company.
A very stunning set in a used condition!
