US WW2 M-1924 BM First Aid Pouch with first aid kit

In a very good condition a US WW2 M-1924 British made First Aid Pouch with first aid kit.
The pouch is nicely maker marked on the inside and dated 1943.
It comes with the 'Lift the Dot' American snap buttons!
On the inside is a very nice still closed green first aid carlistle kit.
A hard to find BM set!
