US WW2 Brigadier General M1 Combat Helmet

In a very nice used condition a stunning US WW2 Brigadier General marked M1 Combat Helmet.
The helmet was left behind in the belgium ardennes after the war and comes in a used conditon.
The helmet comes without liner (as found) and has the fixed bale loops removed (as mostly seen by General use).
The shell has the original paint on the out-and inside and is nicely marked with productionnumber 103C.
The helmet has on the front the original wartime painted star rank of a Brigadier general.
On top of the helmet are dents of Age/Use.
A very stunning and hard to find item!!!
