US WW2 82nd Airborne Division 508th Parachute Infantry Regiment Combat Helmet

In a very stunning condition an extreme hard to find US WW2 82nd Airborne Division 508th Parachute Infantry Regiment (PIR) Combat Helmet.
The M1 fixed bale, front seam Mc Cord combat helmet is left behind after the war in the Belgium ardennes.
The helmet comes with the typical 508th PIR -1st battalion 'Fire Ball' decal on the left side.
The decal is for approx 90% visible in the standard red colours.
Inside the helmet shell is a used/ matching 2nd pattern westinghouse paratrooper liner present.
The liner is in the early original paint and has clearly traces of wear and age.
Attached to the liner is a late war 4-eyelets canvas made chincup in a combat used condition,
Very hard to find original 82nd Airborne Division / 508th PIR combat helmet in a real combat worn condition.
