German Hitler Youth Dagger

In a salty condition a German Hitler Youth (Hitlerjugend) Dagger.
The first pattern dagger comes in a used condition and comes without motto.
The grip plates are the late war, finely checkered Bakelite type. They are in a used condition, being retained by aluminium rivets with dressed obverse heads. The enamel HJ insignia is also in a used condition throughout.
The blade of this knife is a cleaned example. This blade is the late war-period type.
The scabbard shell is repainted and comes with a pastic made hanger.
